The seven great rishis or the saptarishis are those truly enlightened beings who have understood the meaning of Brahman or Divine Consciousness. These rishis hold powers great enough to defeat any weapon on Earth, have greatly refined and expanded senses and are capable of incredibly precise detail in actions and thoughts.

Sages Atri, Kashyapa, Vashishta and Gautama are four of the great saptarishis.

The Houses in THLC have been named after four of the Saptarishis, Atri, Kashyapa, Vasishta and Gautama who are a symbol of Divine Enlightenment. The respective colours of the houses are red, blue, yellow and green.
